The Dairy Building

Here are some pictures of the building we a using for our micro-facility. It is basically a barn style shed that we purchased and modified after it was delivered. The milking parlor occupies one end of the building, while the cheese room is on the other end. The milk room is situated in between the two to allow for easier work flow. Aside from having the building brought in, all other electrical plumbing and building was done by us.
